This 3/8-inch lead-free thermostatic mixing valve with sanitizing purge lever is from Watts. It provides quick sanitization at the flip of a switch. It utilizes hot water at the point of use. No tools required to initiate sanitization which saves on labor. This four-port valve with hot water purge is the only one of its kind. Can be installed easily between the stop valve and faucet. Includes tamper-resistant locking nut to help prevent accidental mis-adjustment. Has built-in check valves to prevent migration of hot water to cold, and cold water to hot water piping.
