This Complete Cafe Equipment Sanitizer is the first-ever Environmental Protection Agency registered sanitizer specific to the coffee retail environment. It is designed for use on & around coffee, tea and other cafe style equipment. Cycles through auto-frothers, as well as traditional steam wands and steel pitchers, for easy cleanup. Built-in measuring device allows for easy portioning and PPM control.

Sanitizer to water ratio: Use .25 oz. per gallon of water to create a 200 ppm solution.
