CONSERVCO 900068/DSL-2 CHROME HOSE BIBB LOCKOUT W/ PADLOCK

This hose bibb lockout is from Conservco model #DSL-2. It prevents unauthorized water use and eliminates water theft and vandalism. The lockout protects any standard ¾" outdoor faucet or hose spigot. The fitting assembly attaches to any standard garden hose bibb. The cover fits over the fitting assembly and it along with the padlock both spin freely around the fitting assembly. The hose bibb lockout creates a watertight seal. Comes with padlock.
