This slim multi-size parallel arm aluminum door closer is from Cal-Royal. This door closer is non-sized 1 through 6. The factory preset is at 3. For door weights 30 to 260 lbs. Has a standard back check function. It also has a delay action feature which allows the door to adjusted up to 1 minute before beginning to close. The preset is set at 20 seconds. Great for office buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial buildings. Comes with a slim cover. Cal-Royal model CR801SDA.
