This multi-size parallel arm aluminum door closer is from Cal-Royal. It is barrier free and adjustable from size 1 through 6 with door weights 30 to 260 lbs. This door closer has delay action and back check. The delay action allows the door to be adjusted up to 1 minute before beginning to close. The preset is set at 20 seconds. Great for office buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial buildings. Comes with a full cover. Cal-Royal model CR441DABC.
