Magnetic Door Barrier Sizes

Two sizes. These door signs are available in two different sizes: one designed to fit standard commercial doors, and an extra long size designed to fit extra-wide commercial doors, like those used in healthcare facilities and industrial buildings. 

Standard Size – The standard sized door barrier is 42-inches wide. It is designed to fit standard single commercial door frames up to 36-inches wide. The standard width of commercial door frames is 36-inches. 

Extra-Long Size – The extra-long sized door barrier is 54-inches wide. It is designed to fit larger door frames. This size may be better suited for industrial and medical facilities, which have a minimum doorway width requirement of 41.5 inches. The 54-inch barrier fits doorways up to 51-inches wide.

How to Properly Install Your Door Sign

The door barriers have magnets on the ends, which easily attach to the metal door frame or partition doors and pilasters. The door barriers are designed to fit the door at an angle. To install, you simply adhere the magnetic ends to the sides of the doorway. Once attached, angle the barricade so the sign is slightly lower on the left and higher on the right until you have a secure fit with no sagging.
